    all but one for ryno are tex-mex or mex...he is pura san antonio

    no particular order

    1. Luby's
    2. Breakfast type(jim's, IHOP, Dennys, Egg and I, Magonila if I dont have to wait 2 hours)
    3. Jason's Deli...not one of the top delis anymore, but i recall going there with joel in lubbock, then to the one in atl where my buddy worked...its lite
    4. Rice chex, water/tropical punch-berry X factor gatorade, a protein shake, banana and strawberry yougut....this is great
    5. If you are messed up and can barely eat...plain white rice my man

    Honorable Mention: Anything mexician with a patio, BW2(buffalo wild wing...this is a good place if you want to continue drinking), EZ's, a nice chesse burger plain and dry with fries and a dr pepper...not diet on a day like this
