Ya, fall weddings can really suck if you have to miss a big game. Kendall had to miss the 2009 Utah game (bc of a wedding) at TCU in front of the largest crowd ever at Amon G. Carter stadium. Aside from the Rose Bowl, it was definitely the most fun I have ever had at a TCU football game. To this day, Katie and I are forbidden to even speak about the game to Kendall.
The only big game I can think of that I had to miss because of a wedding was last year's Air Force game at home. It wasnt anything like the Utah game the year before, but it was still a big game. We dominated. I really wasnt too upset about missing it.
When Scott got married in 2001, it was Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals between Spurs/Lakers. We brought a small TV to the church and were all watching in the grooms room prior to the start of the wedding. Spurs were getting killed though and the Lakers went on the sweep them that year. So, it ended up not being that big of a deal.
Kev, what are the character trait differences between your aliases? Is Coach Kevin between 2000-2005 and The Bear Kevin between 2006-2011? or is The Bear Kevin when he is hungry? Looks like you might have taken a lunch break in between posts.
